At HK Nuoxin, we strive to provide high-quality digital content. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the wrong book by mistake and have already downloaded it.
• You do not have the compatible software/device to read the file (e.g., EPUB, PDF), although we use standard formats accessible on most devices.

Exceptions (Defective Files)

We will offer a full refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted or technically defective.
• The wrong file was delivered due to a system error.
• The content is missing substantial parts as described.

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact our support team at tenlink168@163.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or other evidence to verify the defect.
